Dissection of a Haunted House is a webpage I designed and coded. This project gave me the opportunity to utilize new HTML/CSS coding skills, and challenged me to tell a visual story through interactive design and web layout.
In "Dissection", you'll find yourself slowly descending through a haunted house as you scroll, while also discovering pieces of the resident's story. It was fun being able to combine new coding skills with my design/art skills to tell a story and create a new experience.
In addition to coding, I wrote a short story to accompany the webpage. I paired the story with hand drawn illustrations and animations. These elements were combined to create an immersive descent through the house.
